Returns
If you need to return an item, please email support@thedockdeals.com within 14 days of delivery.
Once approved, we’ll issue a return shipping label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@thedockdeals.com and include a few photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement at no cost or issuing a full refund.
Notes
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Used items cannot be returned
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receipt
